By accessing or utilizing the Venzzi application, website, and related digital styling features ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of Venzzi Services

Venzzi provides intelligent personal styling and wardrobe management utilities, including:

• MirrorCheck™: Visual mirror outfit audit tool with occasion selection, Confidence Score (0 to 100), styling advice, Smart Swaps, and 1-tap Studio Extraction of clothes into your digital closet;
• Lookbook: Private style vault archiving verified outfits, daily combinations, and shopping analyses;
• Digital Closet: On-device background removal and organization tool for personal wardrobe items;
• Clueless Mode™: Automated combination generator curating 3 daily outfits based on your actual wardrobe and local weather conditions;
• ShoppingMatcher™ & Smart Swaps: Redundancy detector and purchase compatibility adviser for fashion items across partner retailers.

3. Advisory Nature of AI Styling Insights

All styling scores, occasion advice, outfit suggestions, and purchase diagnostics generated by Venzzi AI are for informational and recreational purposes. Aesthetic perception and personal fashion are inherently subjective; Venzzi does not represent that styling recommendations comply with universal standards or third-party dress codes.

4. Responsible Use & User Conduct

When using Venzzi, you agree to:

• Refrain from uploading unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual imagery;
• Use the styling platform strictly for personal, legitimate fashion management;
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or compromise the platform's security mechanisms.

5. Affiliate Links & Commercial Transactions

Venzzi may display curated item recommendations with affiliate links to third-party fashion merchants (e.g. Mango, ASOS, Massimo Dutti, Farfetch). Any purchase, return, shipping, or warranty inquiry is strictly governed by the retailer where the transaction takes place. Venzzi may earn a qualifying commission on completed purchases at no extra cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual interfaces, proprietary algorithms, designs, and editorial texts on Venzzi are the exclusive intellectual property of Venzzi or its licensors, protected under international copyright and intellectual property conventions.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued usage of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance thereof.
