Our technical architecture is engineered on the principle of Privacy by Design: everything that can be processed locally on your device runs in your own browser, with zero unnecessary image uploads to cloud servers.

2. On-Device Local Image Processing

The Digital Closet background removal and garment cutout features leverage cutting-edge computer vision executed directly on your device hardware (smartphone, tablet, or laptop).

  • No raw photo storage: Photos taken of garments in your bedroom or on hangers are cropped directly on your screen and saved solely to your browser's local sandbox storage.
  • Zero sale of visual data: Your photos are never rented, sold, or shared with advertising exchanges or third parties.
  • No public AI training: Your MirrorCheck™ selfies and wardrobe imagery are never used to train public machine learning foundation models.

3. Collected Data and Purpose

To provide tailored personal styling recommendations, we collect only data you explicitly provide:

  • Style Archetypes & Brand Preferences: The aesthetic styles and brands you select during onboarding to calibrate your Smart Swaps and daily suggestions.
  • Approximate Location (Weather): Your city or coarse geographical coordinates to query live temperature and meteorological conditions (via Open-Meteo), ensuring outfit suggestions fit the climate.
  • Account & Auth Credentials (Optional): Your email address if you choose to create a synced account across multiple devices.

4. Ethical AI & Anti-Body Shaming Engine

The MirrorCheck™ styling engine complies with strict algorithmic ethics: our AI evaluates garment styling, aesthetic coordination, and the context of your selected occasion. The system is strictly prohibited from evaluating or commenting on body size, shape, weight, or personal physical attributes.

5. Partner Links & Affiliate Retailers

When Venzzi suggests alternative items (*Smart Swaps*) or when you utilize the *ShoppingMatcher™*, we may provide direct links to curated fashion merchants (e.g. Mango, ASOS, Massimo Dutti, Farfetch). Clicking these links redirects you to third-party merchant platforms which maintain their own independent privacy and cookie policies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under applicable international data protection regulations (including GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access all personal data associated with your profile;
  • Request the immediate rectification or complete erasure of your digital wardrobe and history;
  • Clear locally stored browser cache data at any time via your browser settings.
